I have been deferring making another batch of my popular dog biscuits since I needed to get freshly ground peanut butter from Whole Foods. Following a successful trip there yesterday, I set about making them today.
This time, instead of plunking the dough into a sheet pan, leveling it out and then scoring it with a knife, I decided to use my new (adjustable) rolling pin and biscuit cutters. The results look promising and Sage/Lupina will soon be enjoying them.
somehow they look as if i’d try them myself.
Nothing stopping you eating them – they are a bit bland though and because there’s no sugar, not exactly sweet either.
